TAMIYA AFTER PARTS ordering instructions
Scope of service:
This TAMIYA parts order service is basically designed as a support for those who broke or lost the parts of the kits they have bought from us. Therefore, the service is to be offered on assumption that the buyer has a good knowledge about what kit is the parts are from, parts name (sprue name), quantity and other info along with TAMIYA 7 digit parts number.

TAMIYA separate parts order is not irrecovable and cancellable!!!



How to order:

1) Prepare the instrucitons included in the kit.

2) Find the parts number in the last page of it.

3) Find out the parts number. Note if the parts have 5 digit numbers, that means it's available as a retail item already so you may be able to find it in our list with the same number.

4) Make sure the quantity included in each ordering unit. Some comes 1 where kist includes 2 or more, and some comes with multiple quantity more than the kit includes it. You can usually find how many it comes per ordering unit by checking the list.

5) Make the list of parts in the order form as following:

TAMIYA PARTS: 0001452 STICKER x 2 unit
TAMIYA PARTS: 9002458 TYRES(Pair) x 2 unit

6) Submit the order form in regular manner. If you have any additional(existing) items please list them too, so that we can ship together in one go.

7) If you don't have the instructions of the kit, or instrucitons you have is old enough not to have parts listing, please contact info@rainbowten.co.jp (please prepare the info: Kits name, 5 digit TAMIYA kit number, scale, sprue name). We will then get back to you with with availability and price, and 7 digit parts ordering number.



TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1) RAINBOW TEN will take orders for TAMIYA separate parts.


2) TAMIYA PARTS are special order. RAINBOW TEN will not accept any cancellation for TAMIYA PARTS once an official order is placed.


3) TAMIYA PARTS order will require any of the following information:

a) 7 digit parts code indicated in theback of the instructions

b) Kit number, scale, descritpion

c) Other information that is specified enough to identify the parts


4) RAINBOW TEN will not take any responsibe for the misunderstanding of the parts if the TAMIYA PARTS order is placed with the parts code, or the description which is mistyped by the customer. If the both, number & description is supplied, we basically proceed with your order by the 7 digit number.


5) RAINBOW TEN strongly recommend that the customer should advise as much detailed inforamtion/description/parts code as possible to avoid confusion.


6) RAINBOW TEN may ask the down payment for the TAMIYA PARTS order if the total amount of order goes over 20,000yen.


7) RAINBOW TEN will recognize & understand that the costomer who placed an official order for TAMIYA PARTS have a clear/obvious idea that the TAMIYA PARTS price at which we sell is 120% of the original price indicated in the instruction manual. This extra 20% includes delivery from TAMIYA, VAT, and other handlings at RAINBOW TEN.


8) TAMIYA PARTS will be sold in sprue/runner/spruce/tree basis for plastic model, and separate parts for RC items grouped & assortment indicated in the instructions.


9) 50% of the parts value will be charged as a penalty of Cancellation of any TAMIYA parts if cancelled after official order is taken at RAINBOW TEN.


10) Parts are to be orderd and arriving after an offical order is placed. Therefore, we are unable to suggest exact postage before process.



Other parts order service
BANDAI PARTS: We don't carry BANDAI separate parts any more.

HASEGAWA PARTS: We can order Hasegawa parts by very special order, only for existing customers. For more details, please mail to info@rainbowten.co.jp.

FUJIMI PARTS: We don't carry Fujimi separate parts

AOSHIMA PARTS: We don't carry Aoshima parts


We are unable to get any support parts from Dragon, Trumpeter, AFV Club, Bego, Bronco, and all other foreign companies.
