I bought a 'reji model' resin kit for the engine a long time ago.
Spotmodel currently have the same here...
Reji Model: Engine 1/24 scale - Lancia Stratos HF - for Hasegawa references 20217, 20261, 20268, 20282, 25032, 25036, HACR32 and HACR33 (ref. REJI-SP992) | SpotModel

I also bought a fujimi lancia stratos kit for not much money at all. The same kit is linked here;

This had the same engine detail in plastic rather than resin, so I used the plastic engine in the end. This extra kit was the road version of the stratos in 1/20 scale

I still have the resin engine built up (but not painted) if anyone needs it for future projects, drop me a line!
