"The first car built by LADA Motorsport for the FIA WTCC campaign has been delivered to MTEC’s factory at Waldsolms in Germany. The long journey from the LADA Avtovaz factory in Togliatti and the procedures for clearing the Russian custom have finally prevented the car from being exhibited at the Geneva Auto Show as it was originally planned.



The LADA 21106 racing car is now undergoing the homologation formalities and immediately afterwards it will be prepared for its first rollout.



The team should also attend the FIA WTCC Media Day at Monza, on March 21."
