Hong Nor reports - “This past weekend also took place the 1st race of the CATALUÑA CHAMPIONSHIP at Ripoll (Girona) track. With topl drivers like Robert Batlle, two HONGNOR X2-CR drivers finished on the podium. ALVERT NAVARRO & PATXI PEÑAS. During qualification Patxi Peñas with Hongnor and Picco had very bad luck and needed to recover from the 1/8 to semifinal. The semifinal was very intense betwen Robert Batlle and Patxi Peñas. During the final both Alvert and Patxi were fighting for the victory with Robert Batlle during the entire race. Thirty minutes through the final, Alvert had a problem with a tire and lost some time so he finished 3rd. Patxi fought until the end and managed to finish 2nd. Congratulations to Alvert Navarro and Patxi Peñas for they both finished on the podium. There are a total of four new Hongnor X2-CR in the main final!
