Andalucia Regional Race
HongNor reports - The Andalucia Regional Race was held in Alhaurin de la Torre this past weekend. This race is a Warm Up of the Spanish championship race which will take place at the same track in 3 weeks. Saturday the qualification was reduced due to heavy rain and HongNor team driver Richi Gomez finished as 3rd qualifier. On Sunday Richi finished first at Semifinal. He was more than one lap ahead of the second driver. During the main Final, he was leading the race until half way through the final. Because he faced a plug failure, he lost many lap time. Richi could only recover to a fantastic 3rd place when he finished the race. His car and Engine were fantastic all weekend and everyone at the track recognized his superiority in jumps and bumpy areas.
