I will try both methods (darkening by wood stain and blackening by color for textile) and will see the result. Frankly, there is an black rope 0,25 provided with the kit and I already used it for gunports, so I would prefer other ropes also in black color - I do not want to have each rope in other colour. But I will test it and will see.
